- Certified food Manager was not present during time of inspection. CFM shall be present at all hours of the operations. Health suggests have another employee obtain this certification within 30 days of this inspection.

- Chlorine sanitizer measured 200ppm. It shall be 50ppm- 100ppm. Employee remade the solution and it measured 100ppm.Corrected on site
