- Zesty hummus and traditional hummus were observed at 46°F and 50°F, respectively. The items were covered and placed in the cooler to allow the temperatures to return to the appropriate temperature. The cooler was operating at 33°F.Corrected on site

- Lysol wipes were observed being used to clean food preparation tables. The product label indicates that the wipes are intended for household kitchen use and are not labeled for use on commercial food preparation surfaces. Staff were instructed and educated to discontinue use of the product and to use an approved chlorine sanitizer ( that they are using for the sink) for food-contact surfaces in accordance with the establishment’s sanitizing procedures.Corrected on site
