- Person-In-Charge at time of inspection unable to provide a valid Food Protection Manager Certificate. PIC stated" just recently promoted to manager" PIC must provide proof of CFMC within 10 days (10/10/2026) via email to [email protected] to avoid $50.00 risk violation fee

- Outer openings are not protected against the entry of insects and rodents by any effective means. Observed sunlight underneath back door, receiving door must sealed to prevent the entry of pest .
