- Cutting board in the front prep line are pitted. Please look at the condition of all cutting board in this area and replace the ones that are in disrepair.

- In the front prep line the paper towel provision is located above the food in the cold holding. When the food employee is obtaining a paper towel water from their hand can drip in the food. Please review the hand washing station and make the necessary adjustment to correct this.
